Who made this blog and why?

This blog is the creation of students in a fieldwork class in the Education Program at Kingsborough Community College CUNY. After spending a few weeks in the field, we reflected upon our field experiences and our own schooling and life experiences, in order to select a  topic of personal importance to inquire into. These posts reflect the positions we’ve come to hold about issues we believe are crucial to consider in contemporary schooling. We’re pleased that, by creating a blog, our readers can come to know our views and we can come to know theirs!
